Cincinnati suspended individual policy cancellations due to nonpayment of premiums in March, April and May. Pausing cancellations was not a waiver of payment, but an extension or grace period for those directly impacted by the pandemic. As businesses and organizations begin to reopen, we will now return to enforcing normal payment schedules. Beginning in June – or later if required by an individual state – we will send invoices to policyholders directly billed by Cincinnati who have outstanding balances from the suspended cancellation period.
